About Thai Village Restaurant
At Thai Village Restaurant we are creating food with a wide range of flavors, using only the greenest greens and the freshest spices grown in Thailand in our original recipes.
Thai Village Restaurant is a thai restaurant in Batavia, Illinois. It is listed at 4 N Batavia Ave, Batavia, IL 60510, which places it among the local businesses of Batavia that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Batavia, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across Illinois run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 11:30 am–8 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (630) 879-5495. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, thaivillage-batavia.com.
Customers rate it 4.5 out of 5 on Google across 459 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded thai restaurants in Batavia.

Stopped in for a bite while in the area for a volleyball tourney. The place was super cute and clean, and authentic. I loved the panang noodles - noodles were deep fried for texture, and the sauce was thick and rich!! Also enjoyed the freshness of the Thai fresh spring rolls. Loved that the tofu was hot and the veggies were crisp, gave it a nice depth. No pics - way too hungry. Presentation was beautiful. VERY reasonably priced as well. Will definitely come back when I’m back in the area!

My doctor’s practice is nearby so I’ve passed by Thai Village Restaurant every few months whenever I have an appointment. I always wondered what the food was like but never had the time to check it out because I was usually rushing back to work. But recently, I had Friday off and scheduled my doctor’s appointment around that. After the appointment, the weather was nice, and I was starving, so I decided to walk over around lunchtime and finally try it for myself. The place is a bit small on the inside, but it’s kept very clean, which I appreciate. The service was also very fast. Even though it was lunchtime on Friday, there weren’t a lot of people around, so I was seated almost immediately and a waitress came by to take my order shortly after. I ordered the Panang Curry with chicken (which also came with a side of rice), and a soda. The food came out pretty quickly too, and was steaming hot. I had thought initially since nobody was around, that maybe the food or service here might be bad. I was wrong. I’ve had a lot of Panang Curries in the past (it’s my favorite Thai dish), so I knew what to expect taste-wise. But this was probably the best Panang Curry I’ve ever had, hands down.

Thai Village Restaurant - Batavia Allow me to reintroduce myself, I am Jeanea! In real life, I am a TRUE FOODIE! And I always wanted to do restaurant reviews so here I am! Ready to risk it all to tell you all about the foods I love and the those I distain from. Thai Food is ONE OF MY FAVORITES OF ALL AND IS BEST SERVED IN THE PLACE THAT PREPARES IT TO OBSERVE ITS TRUE ESSENCE. It should be like an experience of no other …Unique , Peaceful and Tastefully Devine. I don’t like mediocre . This isn’t how I imagined doing my first food review especially through a door dash delivery. But as soon as I opened the bag and the rush of delicious aromas fill the air, I knew this was the moment. Hair standing on my head uncombed, barefoot and barely clothed in my foodie happy space on my living room sofa and my coffee table . Messy background and all because MANNNNNN I GOT TO TELL SOMEBODY! I ordered the Sum mai app, Spicy 🌶️ Basil 🌿 Beef and Shrimp Fried Rice and Thai Custard and Sticky Rice dessert. I tried the Sum Mai which is a mini Dumplings filled with ground shrimp and crab meat. Although I didn’t photo it, I damn near bit my tongue eating it. Mouthwatering delicious 🤤 I tried the Thai

Delicious Thai restaurant right in the center of downtown Batavia Illinois. Parking is either across the street or around the corner. Very good food and ample seating. The interior of the restaurant does already need to be redone soon as it is very old and has looked the same for probably the last 15 years. The food however, is quite authentic and delicious. This restaurant has a BYOB policy on alcohol so feel free to bring your own.

This is one of our 'go to' Thai restaurants. We've done side-by-side comparisons, ordering takeout from multiple places at once, and this one was our favorite in terms of taste, variety, portion size, price. We dined in this visit and were a little disappointed, though. We think they forgot we ordered spring rolls because our entrées arrived first and we had to ask about the rolls. The roll wrappers were a little dry, almost crumbly, too. The entrées were as good as ever, at least. We'll go back and see how the next visit goes.
